Electricity exports are completely absent since November 11
Ukraine has NOT been exporting electricity since November 11, 2025. Before that, exports were at a minimal level, during certain hours of the day. This is stated in the monitoring by ExPro Electricity.
The reports about “increased exports to Moldova” do not correspond to reality. They likely arose due to the use of incorrect data from the ENTSO-E Transparency Platform, where the volumes for Moldova were incorrectly displayed for a long time due to a technical failure. The data on the platform have now been corrected and reflect the actual situation.
Import volumes
At the same time, Ukraine continues to import electricity in all hours of the day. From November 1–18, a total of 233 thousand MWh of electricity has already been imported. From Moldova, 10.2 thousand MWh was imported, which is 4% of the total volume.
Export volumes
Exports for November 1–11 amounted to only 5.2 thousand MWh in total. During this period, 471 MWh was exported to Moldova.

At the same time, electricity exports in October 2025 fell by 85% due to intensified shelling of the energy infrastructure.
