Naftogaz appoints Pavlo Livertovskyi as new CFO
The Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC appointed Pavlo Livertovskyi as a member of the Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at a meeting on June 22, the company’s press service said.
Livertovskyi was appointed as a member of the Executive Board for one year, from June 24, 2026, to June 24, 2027.
Who is Pavlo Livertovskyi
Pavlo Livertovskyi has more than 20 years of experience in corporate finance, strategic management, financial controlling, and business valuation.
He has worked at international consulting companies and in Ukraine’s corporate sector. Before joining Naftogaz, he served as CFO of DTEK Group.
Pavlo Livertovskyi
He was responsible for business planning, management reporting, financial control, strategic planning, financial modelling, investment management and capital allocation.
Livertovskyi specializes in business valuation, financial modelling and support for large-scale corporate projects in the energy, oil and gas, metallurgy and financial sectors.
He holds a master’s degree in economics with honors, as well as bachelor’s degrees in economics and audit from Tel Aviv University.

Previously, Taras Pasazhko served as acting CFO of Naftogaz Group. He was also a member of the Naftogaz Executive Board until June 23. He continues to work as Deputy CFO, the company said.
As ExPro reported, the Naftogaz Supervisory Board re-elected Olena Artazey as a member of the Executive Board for another year.
In addition to Artazey and Livertovskyi, the Naftogaz Executive Board includes CEO Sergii Koretskyi, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Director Oksana Volynets and Commercial Director Sergii Fedorenko.
