The court canceled the seizure of the assets of Ukrnaftoburinnya

On May 3, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv decided to cancel the seizure of the assets of the gas production company Ukrnaftoburinnya PC PJSC, reports Economichna Pravda with reference to the court decision.

Thus, the court satisfied the request of the lawyer in the interests of Ukrnaftoburinnya and canceled the arrest imposed by the court on April 7.

The decision of the investigating judge is not subject to appeal, the decision states. The full text of the resolution will be published on May 8.

As reported by ExPro, the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv transferred the corporate rights of Ukrnaftoburinnya PC PJSC to the balance of ARMA. According to the Youcontrol portal, the company is associated with Igor Kolomoiskyi, Pavel Fuchs, and Vitaly Khomutynnik.

The arrest and transfer of the company are being carried out as part of the investigation of the criminal proceedings regarding the development of the Sakhalin gas field (Kharkiv region).

Ukrnaftoburinnya is one of the largest gas production companies in Ukraine. According to ExPro, the company will be among the top 3 private gas production companies in the country in 2022.

At the same time, Ukrnafta requested that the seized corporate rights ofUkrnaftoburinnya be transferred to its management.
