The Cabinet of Ministers approved amendments to the PSA for the Varvynska area made with Ukrainian Energy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved amendments to the production sharing agreement (PSA) for the Varvynska hydrocarbon area concluded with Ukrainian Energy LLC (acting on behalf of the American Aspect Energy and SigmaBleyzer).

According to Order No. 757-R dated July 12, 2021 published on the government portal, the First Deputy Energy Minister Yuriy Vlasenko is authorised to sign the agreement.

Alina Bodayeva, executive CEO of Ukrainian Energy, announced the plans to acquire 3D seismic at the Varvynska area by the end of 2021 during the 12th Adam Smith Energy Conference held in Kyiv in mid-July.
