Norwegian Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma will provide legal services for OGTSU for UAH 97.5 million

Norwegian law firm Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS won the tender of GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC under the order of the legal consulting and representation services with a total cost of UAH 97.5 million (with VAT). This was reported in the ProZorro procurement system on June 11, 2021.

Services shall be provided in the amount required for the full and proper execution of the contract terms within 30 months. The total number of service hours under the contract will be approximately 13,800 hours.

The contractor provides services in legal consulting and representation related to ensuring the implementation and protection of the interests of OGTSU in the execution of economic activities for the management of the gas transmission system of Ukraine, providing services for gas transportation, cooperation with the operators of related gas transmission systems and other aspects of the activities of OGTSU, including in Ukrainian and foreign state bodies and institutions, in courts or international arbitration, international organizations, financial institutions, and in other relations that arise with the legal entities and individuals in the course of such company activities.

Two companies participated in the purchase, including Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS and Schönherr Rechtsanwälte GmbH. The latter lost with an offer higher by UAH 1.5 million.
