The Cabinet of Ministers approved the winners of three PSA competitions - EP Ukraine and York Energy

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the winners of the Production sharing agreement (PSA) competitions for the oil and gas areas: Hrunivska and Okhtyrska - EP Ukraine, and Ichnyanska - York Energy. The government made this decision at a meeting on April 29.

Recall that the State Interdepartmental Commission, on April 1, 2020, announced the results of PSA competitions for the development of three promising oil and gas areas - Hrunivska, Okhtyrska and Ichnyanska - and submitted proposals to the government for final approval and announcement of the results.

The winners were selected in accordance with the evaluation procedure developed by market experts, international consulting companies and energy organizations.

EP Ukraine (90% owned by the Czech EPH and 10% by the Slovak Nafta). As a major shareholder, EPH, which is now active in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Poland and Hungary, covers the entire spectrum of energy production and distribution. Nafta a. s. is engaged in the production and storage of oil and gas and is ready to actively develop individual hydrocarbon licenses.
