Competition for the CEO position at the GTSOU

On February 12, 2025, the Supervisory Board of the GTS Operator of Ukraine launched a competition for the position of Chief Executive Officer, approving the requirements for candidates.

A new competition was announced after the previous CEO, Dmytro Lyppa, stepped down at the end of the heating season.

At that time, Vladyslav Medvediev, the company’s Chief Operating Officer, was appointed Acting CEO.

At the same time, the competition was repeatedly delayed, which, according to ExPro sources, was linked to an intention to appoint Oksana Kryvenko as the new head of the company.

Later, in November 2025, the government officially suspended the competition for the CEO position of the GTS Operator of Ukraine following the publication of materials from an investigation by Nathe tional Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine into alleged abuses at Energoatom, in which one of the finalists of the competition was mentioned. A new competition has not yet been publicly announced.
