Naftogaz suspends the formation of the Supervisory Board at Ukrtransgaz

On July 19, 2024, Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, as the sole shareholder of Ukrtransgaz JSC, decided to suspend the Supervisory Board of Ukrtransgaz formation.

Thus, according to decision No. 622, it was decided to suspend the implementation of the previous decision No. 617 of May 27, 2024, on implementing priority measures to form the Supervisory Board of Ukrtransgaz.

As a reminder, the previous decision approved the Methodology for the search and selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of UTG, the Regulations on the principles of operation and principles of formation of the Supervisory Board of UTG, and the indicative action plan for the formation of the Supervisory Board of UTG.

The reasons for the suspension of the formation of the supervisory board at Ukrtransgaz are currently unknown.
