Naftogaz plans to form a Supervisory Board at Ukrtransgaz

The parent company of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC plans to form a new Supervisory Board at its subsidiary Ukrtransgaz (UTG). This is stated in Naftogaz's decision No. 617 of May 27, 2024.

The general meeting of Ukrtransgaz approved the Methodology for the search and selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of UTG, the Regulations on the principles of activity and principles of formation of the Supervisory Board of UTG, and the indicative action plan for the formation of the Supervisory Board of UTG.

In addition, the meeting decided to establish a commission to identify candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of UTG. The commission will consist of two members who are representatives of the shareholder (Naftogaz).

An independent recruitment company will be engaged to search for and select candidates for the positions of independent members of the Supervisory Board of UTG.
