Naftogaz has increased production at the Yablunivske field by 18% in 4 years

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC (part of the Naftogaz Group), having carried out a set of measures to intensify the production of the Yablunivske field in 4 years, managed to move from reducing production to increase it by more than 18%. This is reported by the press service of the Naftogaz Exploration and Production Division.

And due to the implementation of the production program for drilling and WWO in 4 wells, the daily flow rate has increased by more than 200 tcm since the beginning of 2021.

The Yablunivske field is one of the key operating assets of Naftogaz. The field is the second largest annual production in our portfolio and has significant prospective gas reserves, although the level of its depletion has already crossed the 70% mark. As part of the New Strategy, we plan to increase gas reserves at the Yablunivske field to 15 bcm," Oleksandr Romanyuk, Director of the Naftogaz' Exploration and Production Division.
