In October 2024, electricity imports decreased by 58%
In October 2024, the import of electricity decreased by 58% - to 181 thousand MWh, according to ExPro Electricity monitoring data.
Most electricity was supplied from Hungary, 32.8% of the total volume. In second place is Slovakia, 25.4%, and in third place is Romania, 24.8%.
In general, the volume of electricity imports decreased in all directions - the most, from Poland, by 77%. Compared to October 2023, the import of electricity to Ukraine increased 9.5 times.
