Foreign members step down from Energoatom supervisory board
Two foreign independent members of Energoatom’s Supervisory Board, Patrick Fragman and Brice Bohuon, have decided to step down before the end of their terms. The company confirmed the information in an official statement, ExPro reports.
Early resignation of board members
Energoatom stated that both Supervisory Board members will continue performing their duties until the transition process is formally completed. The company added that both Energoatom and its Supervisory Board continue operating normally.
Patrick Fragman explained his decision by referring to new professional commitments, including a full-time position offer. Fragman previously served as CEO of Westinghouse Electric Company and has more than 30 years of experience in the nuclear energy sector.

Brice Bohuon said his resignation was linked to the significant operational workload associated with the Supervisory Board’s activities. His background includes expertise in energy regulation and corporate governance, with previous positions at EDF International, EDF Energy, the French Council of State, and the French energy regulator.

Supervisory Board continues work
According to Energoatom, all seven members of the Supervisory Board, including Fragman and Bohuon, continue working on the company’s key priorities.
Among the current tasks are selecting executive search firms for the appointment of a new Energoatom management board and choosing a company to conduct a comprehensive corporate governance assessment.
New Supervisory Board members are expected to be selected from candidates who participated in the previous selection process, without launching a completely new competition.
Energoatom’s independent Supervisory Board was established in January 2026 as part of the implementation of new corporate governance standards for strategically important state-owned companies in Ukraine.
