Expert Petroleum exceeded Naftogaz's expectations for production at depleted fields in Western Ukraine

The results of the partnership with Expert Petroleum exceeded the expected plans of Naftogaz last year. This was announced by the Chair of Naftogaz, Andriy Kobolyev during the presentation of the updated corporate 2025 strategy.

Recall that the International Expert Petroleum Company started work on the production enhancement at 13 depleted gas fields in the Lviv region under PEC (production enhancement contract) on October 10, 2020. The specified fields were transferred for the temporary partner management by Naftogaz Group under subject to at least UAH 1 billion investment and production enhancement by 300 mcm over 5 years.
