ERU Trading dropped twofold in power exports in 1H of 2018 - to 27.3 mil kWh
The ERU Trading exported only 27.3 mil kWh to EU in the 1H of 2018, thus dropping twofold if compared to the 1H of 2018 (53.8 mil kWh). The company has only 0.87 % share in the nation’s exports of power. Besides, there was a 2.4 decrease in money revenues on power exports to EU, or $ 1.1 million in total over the the 1H of 2018.
During the 1H of 2018 the company exported more to Slovakia (by 3.4 times more, or 17.4 mil kWh in total), yet less to Hungary (3.2 times less, or 6.5 mil kWh in total), and to Romania (8.1 times less, or 3.4 mil kWh in total). The major buyer of ERU Trading in this period was the GEN I company, as purchasing 21.5 mil kWh (or 78.8 % of total export supplies). Other buyers were the Energy Financing Team (3.2 mil kWh, or 11,9% of total export supply) and the Neptun S. A. (2,5 mil kWh, or 9,3% of total export supply). I
n January-June of 2018 the ERU Trading was selling power for $21 per 1MWh (January 2018 supply to Romania), for $64 per 1MWh (sales to Slovakia in March of 2018), and for $ 69 per 1MWh (supplies to Hungary in June of 2018).
