DTEK Naftogaz is looking for a contractor for the sequential construction of 3 wells

DTEK Naftogaz LLC has announced an open tender for the works for the sequential construction of wells No. 2, 3, and 4 of the Kovalyvsko-Sulymivska area (Poltava region, Myrhorod district) using the contractor's drilling rig and personnel. The expected duration of well construction without completion, rig up and rig down is 180 days for well No. 2, 240 days, and 250 days for wells Nos. 3 and 4, respectively.

Design well depths are 5,700m, 6,200m, 6,500m for wells Nos. 2, 3, and 4, respectively. All wells are directional with a reach of 300-600m. Pits are provided for drilling at 0-2,800m; from 2,800m the pitless drilling will be performed with the application of cuttings dehydration technology (vertical centrifuge).

Under the terms of the tender documents, during the construction of the wells specified in the purchase, DTEK Naftogaz provides all the necessary related drilling services.

Drilling is provided using a drilling rig with a lifting capacity of at least 450 tons and a capacity of 800 HP or more, three Triplex mud pumps with a capacity of 1600 HP with rated pressure of 350 atm. Also, during drilling, the use of a drilling mud treatment system with a rate of 70 litters/s is expected.

It should be noted that the mineral rights for the Kovalyvsko-Sulymivska area (No. 4196 dated July 27, 2012) are owned by Kosul LLC, which was acquired by DTEK OIL&GAS Development BV.
