Yehor Perelyhin - acting chairman of the board of JSC "United Mining and Chemical Company"

Yehor Perelygin has been appointed acting chairman of the board of the joint-stock company "United Mining and Chemical Company". The relevant order was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on June 4.

"To agree with the proposal of the State Property Fund regarding the temporary assignment of the duties of the chairman of the board of the joint-stock company "United Mining and Chemical Company" to the first deputy chairman of the board of the said company Yehor Perelygin," the order reads.

Yehor Perelyhin previously headed UMCC from August 2021 to April 2022.

In March 2023, he returned to the company and was appointed a member of the board.
