Ukrainians' understanding of the need for timely payment for consumed gas is a great support of the state in wartime. This was stated by the head of the Naftogaz Group, Oleksiy Chernyshov, on the air of the telethon.

"Traditionally, payments are a very sensitive topic, especially on the eve of winter. First, I would like to thank the households, our direct customers of the Naftogaz Group, who pay their bills for energy and natural gas on time. This is very important and currently supports the state and provides an opportunity to prepare for winter in time and carefully," said Oleksiy Chernyshov.

The head of Naftogaz also emphasized the need to observe energy-efficient measures: "This is very important during this winter, despite the sufficient accumulated volume of gas for the autumn-winter period".
