Ukrtransnafta has started a series of training seminars for employees

Ukrtransnafta JSC, which is a part of the Naftogaz Group, has started a series of training seminars for employees.

"Overcoming new challenges requires new skills. Therefore, one of the basic values that Ukrtransnafta adheres to is continuous training," the company noted.

The first seminar was held for investment and capital construction specialists.

The lecturer was an expert on urban planning, ex-head of the Department of Permitting Procedures of the State Architectural and Building Inspection of Ukraine Oleksandr Serhienko.

The employees of Ukrtransnafta analyzed how to carry out urban planning activities by oil transport industry enterprises in the conditions of martial law, and discussed and shared their own experience of conducting capital construction works.

The company plans to conduct such training seminars regularly and is already forming a training plan for other functional areas.

"It is important for us to develop the skills of our employees because they are the key to the stable operation of the company and the successful implementation of projects," said Ukrtransnafta General Director Volodymyr Tsependa.
