Ukrtransnafta and State Labor discussed the organization of work at critical infrastructure facilities

General Director of Ukrtransnafta JSC Volodymyr Tsependa discussed with the head of the Central Interregional Administration (CIA) of State Labor Roman Semchuk the specifics of the organization of work at critical infrastructure facilities during martial law.

The key topic of the meeting was the discussion of labor safety and labor relations and how the war and martial law affected labor protection legislation.

In particular, they discussed how:

• organization of labor relations
• medical examiners
• certification of workplaces according to working conditions
• performance of high-risk works, operation of machines, mechanisms, and specialized equipment
• carrying out technical inspections
• expert examination
• training and testing of knowledge and training on labor protection issues.
