Ukrtransgaz earned UAH 18 million from the sale of the first non-production premises

Ukrtransgaz JSC (UTG) for the first time during its activity sold and privatized several premises in the Ivano-Frankivsk region that were not involved in production activities and required expenses for their maintenance. This was reported by the company's press service.

During the auctions that took place in the Prozorro.Sales system, UTG managed to earn UAH 18 million. 3 buildings were put up for auction. One of them was in state ownership and was on the balance sheet of UTG. Its privatization made it possible to replenish the budget of Ukraine by UAH 6.6 million. Two other buildings brought UAH 11.6 million directly to the UTG budget.

In total, 18 participants joined the three auctions, and the starting price of the lots increased by almost two and a half times during the bidding.

"Currently, my team and I are intensively working on optimizing internal processes and using the property of Ukrtransgaz. Realization of non-productive assets, which previously brought us losses, and now replenish the budget of the company and the country with millions of revenues - one of the directions of such work. And the first results are already pleasing. In the future, similar work will continue", - noted the head of UTG Roman Malyutin.
