Ukrnafta plans to drill two directional wells in Ivano-Frankivsk region
On March 4, 2024, Ukrnafta PJSC announced a tender for directional drilling for exploration wells No.100 and No.102 at the Mykulychynske field in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. The expected cost of the planned works is UAH 31.6 million (excluding VAT). The term of services is 2024.
In addition, Ukrnafta has announced a tender for drilling fluids services for the wells mentioned above for UAH 41.2 million (excluding VAT). Companies can submit bids for both tenders until March 18, 2024; to seek clarification or appeal the terms of the procurement – until March 15, 2024. The projected depths of wells No. 100 and No. 102 are 2,700 and 2,667 meters.
Directional drilling services include the trajectory of the well in accordance with the design profile, monitoring during drilling (to identify the risk of the intersection of the planned wellbore with neighboring wells), measurement of the drilled wellbore parameters during drilling using telemetry devices, conducting gamma ray logging under the production string during drilling, providing the necessary elements of the bottom of the drill string and drilling jar layout, compliance with the drilling modes and parameters specified in the directional drilling program.
Last time, in early October 2023, Ukrnafta signed an agreement with Denimex Ukraine LLC to conduct directional drilling at well No.150 of the Velykobubnivske field in the Sumy region. The cost of the proposed works amounted to UAH 14.3 million.
