Ukrnafta is looking for contractors to build 5 oil wells on a turnkey basis

On March 13, 2024, PJSC Ukrnafta announced two tenders on the Prozorro platform for the construction of 5 turnkey wells at the Buhruvativske and Anastasivske fields in the Sumy region. The expected cost of construction of wells No. 537, No. 538, No. 539 at the Buhruvativske field is UAH 600 million (excluding VAT), and construction of wells No. 174 and 179 at the Anastasivske field is UAH 500 million. The total expected value of the ordered services is UAH 1.1 billion (excluding VAT). The term of services is until December 31, 2025.

Companies can submit bids until March 27, 2024; ask for clarifications or appeal the terms of the tender until March 24, 2024. According to the published information on the tender, the design depths of the wells range from 3,226 to 4,490 meters. According to Ukrnafta, well No. 174 at the Anastasivske field and wells No. 537, No. 538, No. 539 at the Buhruvativske field will be production wells, and well No. 179 at the Anastasivske field will be an exploration well. According to Ukrnafta's estimates, the free flow rate of oil wells No. 537, No. 538, and No. 539 at the Buhruvativske field will be 10-15 tons per day, in turn, for oil wells No. 174 and No. 179 at the Anastasivske field – 35-40 tons per day.

The contractor shall prepare the sites for drilling the above-mentioned wells. The contractor shall also install the drilling rig and drill the wells on a turnkey basis. Ukrnafta expects the contractor to conduct geophysical, geochemical, geological, and technological explorations in the wells during drilling and to report and present the data on each well. The wells must be cased with a conductor, production string, and production casing. It is also necessary to equip future wells with wellhead and blowout preventer equipment.

As a reminder, in March 2024, Ukrnafta signed agreements with Burova Technika LLC and Romiret LLC to develop design and estimate documentation for the construction of wells at Anastasivske and Buhruvativske fields for UAH 2.8 million (including VAT).

As previously reported by ExPro, in September 2023, Ukrnafta signed a turnkey agreement with Drilling Company Goryzonty LLC to drill three wells at the Verkhnomaslovetske field in the Lviv region. According to the drilling program, these were exploration wells with a design depth of more than 1,100 meters.
