Ukrgazvydobuvannya paid UAH 2.3 billion in rent payments in January

Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC, which is part of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, directed almost UAH 2.3 billion in rent payments to the consolidated budget of the country based on the results of its activities in January 2023. This was reported by the press service of the UGV.

Of this amount, 5%, or more than UAH 113.9 million, will go to the budgets of the local and regional levels in 11 regions, on the territory of which the company carries out mining.

Rental funds are distributed among the regions as follows:

• Kharkiv region - UAH 54.2 million
• Poltava region - UAH 48.6 million
• Lviv region. - UAH 5.2 million
• Dnipropetrovsk region - UAH 3.2 million
• Others - UAH 2.8 million

One may remind that the amount of rent payments is calculated according to the sale price of UGV natural gas in favor of Naftogaz of Ukraine. As reported by ExPro, UGV paid UAH 43.8 billion in rent in 2022, of which UAH 2.2 billion went to local budgets.
