In 2023, Ukrgazvydobuvannya, which is part of the Naftogaz Group, commissioned the largest number of new wells in the last 20 years. This was reported by the Naftogaz press service.

According to ExPro, it is about more than 90 wells. Already in 2024, the company plans to increase the number of wells to over 100.

In addition, Ukrgazvydobuvannya drilled 326,000 m in 2023, which is a record for the past 15 years.

"For next year, our drillers are already preparing new records," the company said in a statement.
