Ukrgazvydobuvannya directed more than UAH 10 billion in rent payments to the budget

Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC, which is part of the Naftogaz group, directed UAH 10.1 billion in rent payments to the country's consolidated budget based on the results of its activities from January to May 2023.

According to the company's press service, 5% of this amount, or UAH 505.7 million, will go to the budgets of the local and regional levels in 11 regions, on the territory of which the company carries out hydrocarbon production.

Rent funds are distributed among the regions as follows:

• Kharkiv region - UAH 243.48 million;
• Poltava - UAH 214.2 million;
• Lviv - UAH 23.28 million;
• Dnipropetrovsk region - UAH 13.71 million;
• others - UAH 11 million.

Earlier, the head of Naftogaz, Oleksiy Chernyshov, stated that by the end of 2023, Ukrgazvydobuvannya should ensure the production of commercial gas in a volume of approximately 13.5 bcm.
