Ukrgasvydobuvannya achieves highest daily gas production in three years

Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC (UGV) has achieved the highest daily production of natural gas in the last three years, the Naftogaz press service reports.

Since the beginning of 2023, the company has increased daily commercial gas production by 3.31 mcm.

As a result of 54 new gas wells commissioned since the beginning of the year and an increase in the number of service operations, the average daily gas production rate at Ukrgasvydobuvannya in August reached its highest level since June 2020.

“This increase in average daily production will enable us to exceed the year-end results of the previous two years. Amidst complicated circumstances, the team of Ukrgasvydobuvannya continues working to provide the country with its own energy resources. I thank my colleagues for their professionalism,” commented Oleh Tolmachev, Interim Director General of Ukrgasvydobuvannya.
