Ukravtogaz once again stopped the methane filling stations without purchasing gas for September
During the first half of September, Ukravtogaz JSC, which is part of the structure of Naftogaz of Ukraine JSC, announced the shutdown of all gas stations of the network of methane filling stations. This is reported on the company's official website.
So, on September 16, the work of the last 17 methane filling stations was stopped, and before that, 11 stations were gradually closed during the month.
It will be recalled that at the beginning of the summer, Ukravtogaz resumed the work of 32 methane filling stations after a four-month standstill.
A possible reason for closing the stations may be that Ukravtogaz did not purchase natural gas for operation in September.
According to ExPro, the last purchase of natural gas by Ukravtogaz took place at the beginning of August, when the company purchased 393 tcm of natural gas with delivery during August at a price of 31,428 UAH/tcm. The seller was another company from the Naftogaz Group - Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC.
As reported by ExPro, on June 19 Oleksandr Vatazhishyn resigned as the director of Ukravtogaz. According to YouControl data, Vitaliy Shulyar became the new head of the enterprise.
