Ukraine officially ended the heating season
Ukraine has officially completed this year's 2022-2023 heating season, reports Oleksiy Chernyshov, head of Naftogaz Ukraine, head of the Staff for preparation for the 2022-2023 heating season.
"Thank you to the heads of cities and regions, with whom we worked closely during this most difficult winter, staying in touch 24/7 and promptly solving all issues. Thanks to our heroes, gas workers, who directly ensured the extraction and supply of blue fuel and restored damaged objects. Despite shelling, missile terror, and constant danger," Oleksiy Chernyshov noted.
Chernyshov also emphasized that Naftogaz has already started preparations for the next heating season of 2023-2024. According to ExPro data, at the end of the heating season, about 9 bcm of natural gas are stored in Ukrainian UGS.
