UGV restarted the tender for 3D seismic survey for Pivdenno-Kobzivska area for UAH 151 million

Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC, part of the Naftogaz Group, has re-announced a tender for the order of 3D seismic survey on the western section of Pivdenno-Kobzivska area (Kharkiv region) for UAH 151 million (with VAT), after the cancellation of the previous one due to detected violations. This was reported in the ProZorro system on November 19, 2020.

The previous tender was announced on September 24 this year. Three companies bidded for the auction: Enterprise Ltd, Vikoil Ltd and Service Oil. However, it turned out that the customer requires a certificate of Metrological Certification of the Trace Detector C.A.T.3 and TSC controllers, which are not actually a means of high-precision measuring equipment and are not subject to verification, although they are included in the set of topographic and geodetic equipment. This was the reason for cancelling the purchase and announcing a new one with changes to the requirements.

Clarifications on the tender can be requested by December 10, after which the auction date will be announced. Bidding deadline is December 20. The services deadline is August 1, 2022.
