UGV received an additional 1.2 mcm of gas per day from one of the new fields in 2023

Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC (UGV) was able to obtain an additional 1.2 mcm of natural gas per day thanks to the construction of new wells and the commissioning of the necessary infrastructure at one of the new fields. This was reported by the press service of the UGV. Currently, it is not known which deposit it is about.

"After confirming the presence of significant gas reserves in the subsoil, a program for intensive development of the field was developed. We drilled new wells and equipped the necessary infrastructure, which already allows us to produce a significant amount of natural gas and transport it to the gas transportation system of Ukraine. This is another component of our plan to increase the production of our own gas to meet the needs of the country," said the acting General Director of UGV Oleg Tolmachev.
