UGV paid more than UAH 13.88 billion in rent in 7 months of 2023

Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC (UGV), which is part of the Naftogaz Group, directed UAH 13.88 billion in rent payments to the consolidated budget of the country based on the results of its activities from January to July 2023. This was reported by the company's press service.

Of this amount, 5%, or UAH 693.9 million, will go to the budgets of the local and regional levels in 11 regions, on the territory of which the company carries out hydrocarbon extraction.

Rent funds are distributed among the regions as follows:

• Kharkiv region – UAH 336.9 million
• Poltava region – UAH 292.21 million
• Lviv region - UAH 31.8 million
• Dnipropetrovsk region - UAH 18.38 million
• Others - UAH 14.62 million

One may remind that the amount of rent payments is calculated according to the sale price of natural gas of Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC in favor of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC.
