UGV acquired a license for the Pivdenno-Rusanivska area for UAH 305 million

Ukrgasvydobuvannya (UGV) won the auction of the State Survey of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine (SSGS) for granting a license for the mineral rights of the Pivdenno-Rusanivska area. This became known from auction results.

The company won with a bid of UAH 304.61 million, which is three times higher than the initial lot price of UAH 90.25 million. Pivdenno-Rusanivska area is located in the Sumy region (acreage – 317.2 sq km). The license is valid for 20 years. The cost of geological information is UAH 10.47 million (including VAT). The cost of the tender pack is UAH 72.55 thousand (including VAT). In addition to Ukrgasvydobuvannya, Optima-Resource LLC also participated in the auction.
