The head of Naftogaz, Chernyshov, spoke at a conference on the restoration of Ukraine

Transparency and accountability in the management of state-owned enterprises is a necessary condition for increasing investor confidence.

The head of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy spoke about this at an event within the framework of a conference on the recovery of Ukraine, organized by the EBRD together with The German Marshall Fund of the United States and USAID - US Agency for International Development.

"Today's discussion once again confirmed the importance of the path we have chosen - the continuation of the corporate governance reform in Grupa Naftogaz in accordance with the best global practices. My goal is to make this process irreversible," Chernyshov noted.

According to the chairman of Naftogaz, this is important during the war, but it will be even more important after its end when the active restoration of the Ukrainian energy infrastructure will begin.
