The Government obliged Naftogaz to supply gas for dormitories at a price of 7.42 UAH/cm

Ukrainian Government assigned special obligates to the Gas Supply Company Naftogaz of Ukraine LLC in terms of supplying gas to hostels. This is stated in Resolution No. 1429 of December 23, 2022.

From November 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, inclusive, Naftogaz of Ukraine supplies natural gas to enterprises, institutions, and organizations whose balance sheets include dormitories (and/or other residential buildings in which domestic consumers live permanently or temporarily), in volumes and for purposes of providing natural gas to domestic consumers living in dormitories.

The gas tariff for dormitories is 7,420 UAH/tcm (including VAT, without the tariff for natural gas transportation services for the exit point and the coefficient, which is applied in the case of ordering capacity a day in advance).

The main condition for the supply of natural gas to such enterprises, institutions, and organizations is a written application to the Naftogaz of Ukraine and the provision of a certificate confirming the presence of a dormitory (and/or other residential building in which domestic consumers live permanently or temporarily) on their balance sheet.
