The Government dismissed Yuriy Vitrenko from the position of the head of Naftogaz

On November 1, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the resignation of the Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine Yuriy Vitrenko.

According to Naftogaz, Yuriy Vitrenko will continue to hold the position of head of Naftogaz until November 3, 2022, inclusive.

On Tuesday morning, a number of Ukrainian media published information that Yuriy Vitrenko is resigning from the post of chairman of Naftogaz of Ukraine. Practically all media refer to the information of Economichna pravda, which refers to its own sources in the parliament and Naftogaz.

Interlocutors of the EP note that Vitrenko has written a resignation letter, and the current Minister of Community and Territorial Development, Oleksiy Chernyshov, is being named as his successor.

At the same time, this time there was also information about the dismissal of Chernyshov, which indicates a high probability of personnel changes at Naftogaz as well. People's deputy from the Voice party, Yaroslav Zheleznyak, announced "The dismissal of Mr. Chernyshov in connection with the transfer to a new position."
