The corporatization of "Guaranteed Buyer" should be completed in the summer of 2025

The corporatization procedure of "Guaranteed Buyer" should be completed by the end of July 2025. This was reported in the state enterprise. 

As noted in the "Guaranteed buyer", notification of the body that carries out the state registration of legal entities about the decision made regarding reorganization by transforming the SE "Guaranteed buyer" into a joint-stock company and the state registration "Introduction of the decision of the founders (participants) of the legal entity or the body authorized by them to terminate of a legal entity as a result of its reorganization" was carried out on March 18, 2024. Thus, starting from March 18, 2024, in the Unified State Register, the information on SE "Guaranteed Buyer" contains a record of the legal entity being in the process of termination - "In a state of termination".

"We urge you to remain calm and realize that the company continues to work as usual and will continue to fulfill its obligations in full," Guaranteed Buyer assures, noting that these are only features of the transformation.
