Sumygaz, Vinnytsiagaz, and Dnipropetrovskgaz joined the Naftogaz Group

Three new regional gas companies joined the Naftogaz Group on July 18 - Sumygaz JSC, Vinnytsiagaz JSC, and Dnipropetrovskgaz JSC. This was reported by the press service of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC.

The asset manager is Chornomornaftogaz JSC, and Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine (Gazmerezhi brand) will coordinate the teams, optimize their work, and form a development strategy.

Previously, these companies were part of the RGC group. One may remind, at the end of June Kyivoblgaz JSC, Zhytomyrgaz JSC, and Lvivgaz JSC joined Naftogaz Group. The Kropyvnytskyi, Dnipro, and Kharkiv branches are already fully operational under the management of Naftogaz, providing gas distribution services to 1.2 million households, and industrial and budget institutions.
