Six companies of the Naftogaz Group were included in the rating of Ukrainian top companies

Six companies of the Naftogaz Group were included in the rating of the top enterprises of Ukraine, the company's press service reports.

According to Opendatabot, Ukrgazvydobuvannya JSC leads the rating in the Production industry category. The company is part of the Naftogaz Group and produces more than 70% of Ukraine's natural gas.

In the Energy category, Naftogaz Trading, which sells gas to industrial consumers, as well as religious and budget organizations, and Naftogaz of Ukraine, which sells blue fuel to 12.5 million Ukrainian households, made the TOP-5.

The operator of the trunk oil pipeline system of Ukraine Ukrtransnafta JSC and the operator of Ukrainian underground gas storage Ukrtransgaz JSC took the sixth and eighth places in the rating of transportation companies.

The parent company of the Naftogaz Group, Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, was also included in the rating.

The developers note that the Opendatabot Index is an analytical tool for assessing the real situation and geography of Ukrainian business, which is based on data from state registers, Opendatabot registers, financial statements of companies, information on relations with the Russian Federation, sanction lists and other Opendatabot analytical tools.

When compiling the Opendatabot Index rating, both financial indicators (financial statements of companies for 2022) and business reputation of businesses are taken into account.
