Romanian Prospectiuni enters the Ukrainian seismic market

The Romanian company Prospectiuni may soon start 3D seismic exploration in Ukraine, ExPro's market sources say.

Details

According to the sources, the company has already brought its 3D seismic equipment to Ukraine.

First, Prospectiuni negotiated with Poltava Petroleum Company JV to conduct 3D seismic surveys at PPC's fields in the Poltava region. However, the work has not yet begun.

In addition, Prospectiuni is negotiating with the state-owned Ukrgazvydobuvannya. The Romanian company can likely provide 3D seismic surveys for the state-owned company even earlier than for PPC.
