PGNiG to acquire more than 50% interesting Karpatgazvydobuvannya from ERU
Polish company Polskie Górnictwo Naftowe i Gazownictwo S.A. (PGNiG) intends to acquire more than 50% of the share capital of the Karpatgazvydobuvannia LLC from ERU group of companies. as stated in the meeting agenda of the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukrane (AMCU) for May 13, 2021.
The Karpatygazvydobuvannya LLC (former name "Carpathian Industrial Group 2014 LLC) holds a special subsoil use Permit #4725 for the development of Biblivska acresage in Mostysky and Starosambirsky districts of Lviv region until 2036.
