Peter Styles was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "ECU"

Peter Styles was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Energy Company of Ukraine". The corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the supervisory board on September 26, ExPro reports.

Peter Styles is currently the managing director of Stratos Energy Consulting. For over 20 years, he served as an executive board member of the European Federation of Energy Traders (EFET).

As previously reported, on September 2, the Cabinet of Ministers approved the submission of the State Property Fund of Ukraine on the appointment of the Supervisory Board of JSC "Energy Company of Ukraine". Based on the results of the competitive selection, it will include three independent members, two more representatives delegated by the state. Peter Styles, member of the board of the energy distribution company Yedas Grids (Turkey) Abdullah Koksal and senior manager of the consulting company LCHM (Great Britain) Oleksandr Muzhel became independent members of the ECU supervisory board. Oksana Osmachko and Ihor Tymoshenko, deputy heads of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, were appointed members of the supervisory board from the state.
