Oleksiy Skryl replaced Denys Myrhorodskyi as the director of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine

By order of the Gas of Ukraine SC of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC a new chairman of the board of Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC was appointed - the company will be headed by Oleksiy Skryl. This was reported by the company's press service.

The decision to appoint a new manager takes effect on February 28, 2023, for a period of one year. Oleksiy Skryl replaced Denys Myrhorodsky.

For his part, Myrhorodsky announced on his Facebook page that he was resigning "of his own free will due to personal circumstances."

Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine LLC was established in September 2022 by the decision of the Gas of Ukraine SC of the Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC with the aim of streamlining and harmonizing the gas distribution system of Ukraine under the single brand Gas Distribution Networks of Ukraine.
