Norwegian company NBT plans to build wind farm with a capacity of 250 MW in Kherson region
Norwegian NBT intends to build about 70 wind generators in the Kherson region with a total capacity of up to 250 MW. It was announced by the Office of the National Investment Council with reference to NBT Chief Executive Officer Yoar Viken.
«After commissioning, the wind farm complex will be able to supply electricity to the NPC Ukrenergo power system. The plants will provide electricity for at least 50,000 households. The total amount of foreign investments in the first phase of the project will be over € 370 million. Local Ukrainian companies are likely to be involved in the construction», - the statement said.
