Naftogaz is finalizing proposals for debt restructuring under Eurobonds

Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC discussed the next steps regarding debt restructuring under Eurobonds with financial advisor Lazard Frères SAS. This was announced by the head of Naftogaz Oleksiy Chernyshov.

"We are consistently moving towards fulfilling our obligations to investors," says Chernyshov.

The company is working on the restructuring of Naftogaz Eurobonds due in 2022 and 2026 in accordance with previously agreed agreements.

According to Chernyshov, Naftogaz is currently preparing to finalize proposals for restructuring and continue the dialogue with the owners of Eurobonds.
