Naftogaz has agreed to purchase gas reciprocating units
Naftogaz Group is strengthening its cooperation with the UNDP (United Nations Development Program) on energy security, particularly in purchasing gas reciprocating units. This was announced by Oleksiy Chernyshov, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine.
“We have an agreement on the purchase of gas reciprocating units, which will further strengthen our ability to provide uninterrupted electricity and heat to Ukrainians during the winter period,” Chernyshov said after a meeting with UNDP representatives led by Jaco Silje on September 16, 2024, in Kyiv.
The Head of Naftogaz expressed his gratitude to UNDP for its support and assistance in overcoming the devastating consequences of Russian aggression.
