Naftogaz Group launches a new format of Hotline

The Naftogaz Group has launched a new format Hotline, the company's press service reports.

This step should become an important tool for preventing corruption, malfeasance and other ethics and compliance violations.

"In line with international best practices, the Hotline will be operated by an independent expert company. This will ensure the anonymity of reports and protection of information about complainants and/or whistleblowers," the company said.

The hotline is a communication channel through which anyone, including employees of the Naftogaz Group and contractors, can report possible facts of corruption or corruption-related offenses and violations of ethics and compliance.

After receiving a message on the Helpline, an independent company processes the relevant messages. After checking and analyzing the information, if there are sufficient grounds, an internal investigation is conducted, based on the results of which appropriate response measures are taken.

Naftogaz emphasizes that all messages received through the Hotline are confidential.
