Naftogaz Group companies produced 8.6 bcm of gas for 7 months of 2024

Naftogaz Group companies - Ukrgasvydobuvannya JSC and Ukrnafta PJSC - produced a total of 8.6 bcm of commercial natural gas in 7 months of 2024, said Oleksiy Chernyshov, Chairman of the Board of Naftogaz.

According to Naftogaz, the growth rate of gas production is over 7% compared to the same period in 2023.

"The Group's companies are increasing gas production by launching new high-performance wells, introducing new technologies, and working efficiently with the old stock. We have exceeded our targets by 2%. The work continues not only in the central and western regions but also in the eastern regions, despite all the military challenges," said Oleksiy Chernyshov, CEO of Naftogaz.
