Naftogaz Digital Technologies is revising the lease agreement for office premises with the company Three O

Regarding the information published in the mass media, about the lease of office premises with an area of 621 square meters by the Naftogaz Digital Technologies company in the capital shopping center Gulliver worth UAH 25 million, Naftogaz Group reports the following.

The lease agreement between Naftogaz Digital Technologies LLC and Three O LLC was signed in August 2022. After the change of the leadership of Naftogaz of Ukraine in November 2022 and the change of management of Naftogaz Digital Technologies LLC, an audit of concluded agreements was conducted.

According to the results of the analysis of the real estate market for the purpose of finding premises for the accommodation of 160 full-time employees, it was decided to review the lease agreement with Three O LLC, which expires on February 29, 2024.

The terms of the contract concluded by the previous management established the payment of fines, which are economically unprofitable.

The recorded state of affairs does not satisfy the current management of the Group, which is also conducting negotiations.

Naftogaz Digital Technologies is actively looking for premises to accommodate staff, which will be rented in accordance with the tender procedure.
