Naftogaz commissioned an assessment of reserves in its deposits in Egypt
Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC signed an agreement with the American Ryder Scott Company to conduct an independent assessment of reserves and hydrocarbon reserves in the fields developed by the company in Egypt. A copy of the contract on May 2 was published by the state-owned company in ProZorro.
The value of the contract is $71 thousand; the works must be completed within 49 calendar days. Naftogaz commissioned reserves valuation for 7 fields.
Ryder Scott performed reserves evaluation for Naftogaz in the end of 2016, and its results were announced in the final report for that year. In particular, then the proven and probable reserves of Naftogaz Group amounted to 304.9 billion cubic meters of natural gas and 47.2 million of oil and condensate.
