Naftogaz CEO Chernyshov met with the US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Resources

Oleksiy Chernyshov, Chairman of Naftogaz of Ukraine, held a meeting with US Assistant Secretary of State for Energy Affairs Jeffrey Payette.

"I emphasized: our priority is to continue progress in reforms. This concerns both corporate management and the functioning of the energy market," Chernyshov noted.

In addition, the parties discussed the interest of American energy companies in working in Ukraine and implementing joint projects with Naftogaz.

They agreed to work on attracting American technologies and expertise to increase gas production in Ukraine.
